Shipping

After you place your order with binco67, we will send an email confirmation containing your order number and the details of your purchase. Once the product is picked up by our delivery partners, we will share the tracking details with you so you can stay updated on the delivery status.

Products are made-to-order and have 7-10 days average delivery times. We process orders as soon as they are received and strive to deliver as quickly as possible. If there are any reasons we are unable to process your order, we will promptly inform you and provide a refund in store credit if necessary.

However, in certain cases, there may be delays that occur that are beyond our control and we apologize for such instances. Please note that the timelines specified are only estimates.

Shipping fees

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to all orders under ₹999. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India.

The shipping fee will be visible at the time of placing the order and in all order-related emails. This charge will not be refunded if an item is returned. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you will pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.

Returns

Heads up — we're still putting together a proper returns process, so we don't have a formal returns policy in place yet. Rather than hide behind fine print, we'd rather be upfront about it. Here's how we handle the most common cases in the meantime.

Size doesn't fit right

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If the size still doesn't work for you, reach out to us and we'll issue store credit via a one-time coupon usable on your next order. This is limited to once per customer.

Manufacturing defect or damaged item

If your tee arrives with a print defect, fabric issue, or anything that's clearly our fault, email us at support@binco67.in or DM us on Instagram at @binco67.in with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out as soon as possible.

Anything else

For anything else, just reach out — we read every email and every DM. We're a small team and we genuinely want to make this right for you.
